TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any claims of damage to either the appliance or property must be highlighted while the technician is still at the premises. Then to be submitted in writing, to M.A.C-Clean, either by text or email, within 24 hours after a clean is carried out. Text to 07564830280 or email to stuart@mac-clean.co.uk .  customer's are always given the opportunity to inspect work before payment is requested and never expected to make payment until satisfied with the work.

In the highly unlikely event of dissatisfaction with a clean, M.A.C-Clean must be informed in writing, via text or email, within 24 hours, and the appliance must not have been used. Text to 07564830280 or email to stuart@mac-clean.co.uk.

payment is due on completion of work. we accept most debit cards, bank transfer or cash
